Terms of sale

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include the product only; the delivery charge is shown or confirmed separately (see Delivery & payment). Sale prices apply until the end date shown. Your order keeps the price it was placed at, even if the website price changes later.

Your order

• Placing an order reserves the items for you; we call to confirm delivery.
• Bank transfer orders are confirmed once we have checked your receipt. If we can't confirm a payment we'll contact you; an unpaid order may be cancelled.
• If an item turns out to be unavailable we'll tell you straight away and refund anything you paid for it.
• You can cancel a new, unpaid order from your account; later, contact us.

Delivery and warranty

Please check the product at delivery. Warranty is the manufacturer's official warranty — see Warranty & after-sales.

Accounts

Keep your password private. We never ask for your password or bank PIN on the phone or WhatsApp.
