What we keep

• Your account: name, mobile number and/or email, and a securely hashed password (we can't read it).
• Delivery addresses you save, and the address and phone number on each order.
• Orders: what you bought, prices, payment method and the order's history.
• Bank transfer receipts you upload. They are stored privately — never at a public web address — and only our staff can open them, to confirm your payment.

Why

Only to process and deliver your orders, confirm payments, contact you about your order (phone or WhatsApp), and provide after-sales help. We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.

Who sees it

Our staff, each with only the access their job needs. Brand service centres get your name, phone and address only when you ask us to register a warranty complaint. Our website runs on a server we manage; backups are kept in private, encrypted cloud storage.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you logged in and your cart working. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can see your orders and addresses in your account and delete saved addresses. To correct or delete your account, contact us. We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounting and warranty.
